GENERAL

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Bella Grace Paper gift cards. Only one card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Bella Grace Paper. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD, including gift cards.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Since we have a physical retail presence, we are required to collect sales tax on any orders placed online.
  • Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

    This is likely happening because the billing address you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please make sure to double check that the billing address is correct, and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

  • How do I use a promo code?

    Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes are not valid on sale page items. Promo codes do not apply to gift cards.
  • Can Bella Grace Paper assist my company with gift giving and bulk orders?

    You are welcome to email web@bellagracepaper.com with the details of your event or bulk order and our team will respond to you shortly regarding your request.
  • Can I found your products locally?

    Our goods are carried in our 2 locations currently in Louisiana. Please take a look at our locations page!

  • Do you observe any holidays throughout the year?

    Bella Grace Paper will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note, depending on when these holidays fall throughout the year we may be closed additional days other than those listed.

CUSTOM SERVICES

  • How does the invitation order process work?

    If you placed a custom personalized order on bellagracepaper.com, a member of our team will contact you via email. You will work one on one with our trained graphic designers on your order. Once you confirm your details, your order is non-refundable and will ship in about 2–3 business days from your order date.
  • How long does it take to receive personalized orders?

    Personalized stationery orders typically ship in about 1-2 weeks from the order date. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive. Custom invitations and stationery orders may take longer depending on availability.
  • Will I see a proof before my items are printed and mailed to me?

    Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will typically receive their proofs approximately 3-5 business days from the initial order date. Once a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable.
  • Are my personalized items eligible for returns?

    Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.
  • Are you available to custom projects?

    As well as being a gift store, we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email us at web@bellagracepaper.com with details about your project and someone will get back to you shortly.

ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • When can I accept my order to ship?

    All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed from our fulfillment facility in Brusly, Louisiana with the exception of a few items. All personalized items are shipped from various locations. From there, please allow approximately 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US depending on the selected shipping method. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.

    Please note only FedEx expedited orders placed before 2PM CST will ship the same day. All other expedited orders will ship out the next business day. FedEx overnight orders placed on Friday by 2PM CST will not be delivered until the following Monday as we currently do not deliver on Saturdays.

  • How can I find out the status of my order?

    Please email our customer care team at web@bellagracepaper.com and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.
  • What is Bella Grace Paper return policy?

    Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

    Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, excluding original shipping costs, with the exception of personalized items which are not subject to a return. If you are unsure if your order qualifies, please contact web@bellagracepaper.com for more information.

    Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. This does not apply to personalized orders and custom made-to-order items. Personalized orders and custom made-to-order items are non-refundable once your order is placed.

    If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact web@bellagracepaper.com and our customer care team will be happy to help you.

  • If I mail a return, when will I be refunded?

    Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the original method of payment in approximately 1-3 business days.
