We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Bella Grace Paper gift cards. Only one card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Bella Grace Paper. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD, including gift cards.

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed from our fulfillment facility in Brusly, Louisiana with the exception of a few items. All personalized items are shipped from various locations. From there, please allow approximately 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US depending on the selected shipping method. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.
Please note only FedEx expedited orders placed before 2PM CST will ship the same day. All other expedited orders will ship out the next business day. FedEx overnight orders placed on Friday by 2PM CST will not be delivered until the following Monday as we currently do not deliver on Saturdays.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, excluding original shipping costs, with the exception of personalized items which are not subject to a return. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. This does not apply to personalized orders and custom made-to-order items. Personalized orders and custom made-to-order items are non-refundable once your order is placed.
